In no event shall 75ph's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 75ph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
75ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Funds determined to be derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.
You may close your 75ph account at any time by contacting the 75ph support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonuses that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login or gameplay activity). 75ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as specified in the then-current fee schedule, or to close dormant accounts after providing at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered contact details on the account.
If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or Platform decision, you must first submit a complaint to the 75ph support team via the in-platform live chat or by email, within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted outside this period may not be considered.
75ph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Complex matters may require additional time, and you will be kept informed of progress.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through 75ph's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory body overseeing the 75ph Platform's operations.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in relation to any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the 75ph Platform.
75ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 75ph will notify registered users via in-platform notification, email (where provided), or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
If you continue to use the 75ph Platform after the effective date of revised Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
