07 Data Retention

75ph retains personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a further period as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods are as follows:

  • Account and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
  • Gameplay and session logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for responsible gaming monitoring and dispute resolution purposes;
  • Support communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the interaction;

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification. Where anonymised data is retained for analytical purposes, it is no longer personal data and is not subject to this Policy.

75ph may require verification of your identity before processing a data rights request to prevent unauthorised disclosure or modification of personal data.

11 Protection of Minors

The 75ph Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older in compliance with PAGCOR's age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. 75ph does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under this age.

Age is verified during registration through date-of-birth entry and, subsequently, through government-issued identity documentation during the KYC process. If 75ph discovers that a person under the age of 21 has registered an account or provided personal information, the account will be immediately closed, any balance will be handled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, and all personal data associated with that account will be deleted as required by law.

When you interact with these third-party services, you are subject to their own privacy policies and data handling practices — 75ph is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party operating outside the direct scope of the Platform.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy
